Bailamama 9Months is a professionally developed, safe group exercise class for pregnant women and for women recovering from labour. At 9Months live group exercise classes you can prepare for the birth in a new and unique way. You will become familiar with different pushing positions and breathing techniques.

At 9Months classes you can train all those muscle groups that come under a strain during pregnancy and labour. Training the pelvic floor muscles is an especially important part of all 9Months classes. Strong pelvic floor muscles make your pregnancy, labour and recovery from it easier. Simple, fun choreography and joy of working out with others maintain your condition throughout your pregnancy.
